Bruce Miller is the Founder and President of MillerCRE, bringing 38 years of experience in commercial real estate ownership, development, management, and investment. Throughout his career, Bruce has been directly involved in virtually every aspect of the commercial real estate process, including identifying and acquiring opportunities, land entitlement, development, financing, construction, leasing, property management, and disposition.

Having spent decades as a real estate owner, developer, and manager, Bruce brings a perspective grounded in firsthand experience across all aspects of commercial real estate. He understands the decisions, risks, and opportunities that come with owning and operating commercial real estate because he has experienced them firsthand. As a principal and partner in multiple real estate ventures, he has worked with retail, medical, office, and industrial properties and understands the importance of aligning real estate decisions with broader business and investment objectives.

Bruce takes a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every assignment. He works directly with tenants and clients to understand their goals, evaluate opportunities, and develop practical real estate strategies designed to create long-term value.
